It's only been a week since Thanksgiving, but in case you miss your turkey and pumpkin already, this recipe is a perfect combination of both. Don't be scared to put pumpkin in your chilli-it adds more to the texture than to the taste, so the end result is thick and hearty and not at all reminiscent of a sweet pumpkin pie (not that you can ever have enough pie).
